Today is September 1st.  September is my favorite month.  I love the start of fall, I was married in September, my first child was born in September.  The weather is often perfect.  School starts back up in September. For me is seems like a good time for a change, to start something new.  For new commitments. 

That is what this blog is about.  My other blog (The Journey Has It's Own Rewards), details my wife's and my preparations for and progress on The Camino de Santiago, a pilgrimage I want to follow again.  I have come to realize that if I want to do this I am going to need to make some changes.  This blog is intended to help motivate me and keep me honest.  I don't intend to publicize this, it's for me, but if you did find it feel free to make positive and constructive comments.  I could use some help.  More to come....
